BARNES: Margaret A. J.- Peacefully with her family by her side at home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Myrtle Green. Dear mother to Marian, Timothy and Paul Barnick. Cherished grandma to Lincoln Carthew. Predeceased by her siblings Helen, Allan and George Green and Marian Robertson. Margaret was a dedicated teacher with the Hamilton Wentworth Board of Education, teaching Kindergarten and Music. Margaret loved to travel the world she made it to every continent except Australia. Africa was of keen interest where Antarctica was one of the highlights of her travels. Margaret’s photography talents recorded her travels. Margaret has many interests gardening, her church and the Presbyterian Museum. As per Margaret’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service held.
