Kayla, you are missed so very much! I remember a trip that you, Auntie Me Me and I took to a fair; in Yellowknife of all places! We were all so amazed to see an elephant; you especially! There were elephant rides, and we both made up our minds that we were going for the ride of our lives. We waited in line, while you watched with wide eyes, as the people in front of us climbed the platform, and boarded the elephant. Some people were joyous, and others, not so much. A little boy cried and did not get on. You were brave and excited. When it was our turn, you jumped right on top of that elephant, and I can still hear your little excited voice ringing in my ears, "Uncle John, we're on an elephant! Uncle John, we're on an elephant and my bum hurts!" You were such an amazing little girl Kayla. I miss you; we all miss you. We know that in our memories, in the joy you gave others, and the way you have touched our lives you will live on forever!

Love Uncle John
